Jacqueline Collette Robey has been charged with two felonies after she allegedly chased a teen through a house while wielding a knife, and caused damage to the home.
Court documents state that just before 11 p.m. on Saturday, Sheriff’s deputies responded to a home in the Bootlegger Trail area for a report of a disturbance.
The male complainant said that Robey came into the home and started arguing, which escalated to her grabbing

a 15-year-old girl around the body with her arm and pressing against the victim’s neck, causing her pain.
The man said he tried to protect the victim, eventually freeing her from Robey.
Robey then ran through the house after the victim, swinging a knife she had taken from the kitchen. She broke the victim’s bedroom door off its hinges and stabbed the bedroom wall several times, according to court documents.
The man managed to grab the knife from Robey and call the police.
When deputies arrived, they noted that Robey appeared to be intoxicated. When asked about the incident, Robey reportedly told officers that the victim and the man had attacked her while she was sleeping, and she claimed the damage in the house happened as she was trying to escape them.
Officers determined that Robey’s account was not consistent with other witness statements and took her into custody.
Robey has been charged felony partner/family member assault, and felony assault with a weapon.
Court documents note that she has two convictions for partner/family member assault in 2005 and 2008, and also has convictions for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Prosecutors requested that bond for Robey be set at $15,000, and also requested that if she bails out of jail, that she be required to wear an alcohol-monitoring device or submit to twice-daily alcohol testing.
