Temperatures well above-average for Mother’s Day

Upper level ridge bringing mostly fair and above average temperatures through the next few days.

Mostly clear skies expected over the region tonight with light winds and continuing mild temperatures.

Overnight low temperatures range from mid 30s to lower 50s.

Westerly winds increase on Sunday with gusts near 25 mph across north-central Montana and higher gusts towards western Montana.

High temperatures on Sunday will be in the mid-70s to lower-80s.

Some areas reaching seeing the warmest temperatures of the year so far for Mother’s Day.

Ridging remains in control over the weather for much of our week with slight chances of a few pop-up showers/thunderstorms Wed/Thurs.

Cooler and rainier weather moves in Friday through next weekend.
