Another quiet day across the state, with most areas seeing a mix of sun and clouds and temperatures in the teens, 20s and lower 30s.
Winds increase this evening, especially along the Rocky Mountain Front and eastern Glacier.
Winds then increase across north central Montana on Monday, with the strongest gusts expected Monday afternoon and evening.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the Northern Rocky Mountain Front and Eastern Glacier from 6 PM Sunday through midnight Monday.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Cascade, Eastern Pondera, Southern Rocky Mountain Front, Eastern Teton and Judith Basin from 9 AM to 9 PM on Monday.
This advisory is due to the effects from the winds. Areas of blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility at times and drifting snow will cause obstructions on roadways.
Be extra cautious if driving in these counties on Monday.
Otherwise, sunshine is expected on Monday with temperatures in the 20s and 30s with some areas even getting into the 40s.
Snow moves in Tuesday evening through Wednesday.
At time point, it looks like light snow with minimal accumulations between 1-3 inches expected across central Montana.
