Much of Central Montana saw above average temperatures Wednesday.
However, parts of eastern Montana, and places like Helena trapped under an inversion, were cooler.
Warmer temperatures are expected across the board on Thursday.
Highs will be in the mid 30s to mid 40s across the state.
Skies will be partly cloudy, and we will deal with a bit of a breeze.
Mild air sticks around through Saturday.
By Saturday night, big changes begin.
Cooler air and snow is expected for the latter half of the weekend.
