Emergency crews are at the scene of a crash near mile marker 260 on I-15 between Ulm and Cascade.

The crash was reported to the Montana Highway Patrol at 10:24 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to the MHP, at least one person has been injured, but the severity of injuries has not been released.

According to the Montana Department of Transportation, the crash involved an SUV and a horse trailer.

We have received reports of cattle roaming the area; at 11:45 a.m., the MDT said that all livestock has been secured.

A witness sent this message to KRTV: “Small SUV mangled pretty bad and cattle trailer on it’s side in the median…cattle running loose.”

The MDT says that traffic slowed through the area, and drivers should expect delays as emergency crews work to clear the area.

There is no word yet on the cause of the crash.
