The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for central Toole County.
Reported heavy rain from slow-moving thunderstorms has produced flash flooding in the area.
Some roads around Shelby are currently impassable due to high waters and up to two inches of rain has already fallen.
Shelby, Devon, Dunkirk, and Galata are expected to experience flooding.
Additional rainfall amounts of one-to-two inches are possible in these areas.
The flash flood warning will remain in effect until 6:45 p.m.
A flood advisory was also issued for Toole and Pondera counties for urban and small stream flooding. The advisory is until 6:30 p.m.
