Montana Ag Network Weather: March 1st

Snow flurries will take us into the first part of the weekend before tapering off Saturday afternoon.

Some accumulation is expected, likely around two or three inches.

Areas adjacent the mountains will likely pick up slightly more.

More sunshine is on tap this weekend as high pressure builds in.

But don’t let that fool you, due to clear skies and lack of cloud cover over night, lows will fall well below zero.

The extreme cold will take us into this next work week.

Wednesday looks to be the first day we will break above zero degrees.
