Montana Ag Network Weather (1/3) Dangerous winds

Extreme winds are expected along the Rocky Mountain Front on Thursday.

Occasional wind gusts of 100 mph are not out of the question this afternoon.

The western slopes will see a few snow showers with the remainder of the state staying dry.

Temperatures will climb well above average average reaching the 50s for most places east of the divide.

Strong winds will continue on Friday.

Winds will let up a bit on Saturday, before kicking back up on Sunday.
