“If you need employment and you want to take care of people then this is your opportunity,” explained Stephenie Wyke, a surgical service supervisor.
There are numerous positions available for every skill level. From housekeeping to surgical, there is a position for everyone.
The talent manager Bruce Robinson is excited to meet new people who are looking to be hired. “That’s a highlight of my day. To be able to find someone who needs a job, who wants a job, and I can offer it to them. As long as you bring a positive attitude and a drive to work hard, I have no problem giving you the job,”
Current employees have expressed their love for the company, noting that everybody’s role fits into the company.
“Seeing our numbers rising, and patients being happy and all of that stuff is also rewarding as well because it’s like, oh wow. Our work is actually paying off,” said Blessing Odusola, a nuclear medicine tech. “I feel like anyone can work here and thrive.”
“Something’s going right, or we wouldn’t continue to keep building and needing that demand. Obviously that growth is happening because there is a demand for it and people want to come here” Stephenie explained.
