James Rolin joined KRTV as a reporter in January 2024. Starting with aerial observation photos in the US Coast Guard, James quickly transitioned into coverage for weddings, events, and commercial photos and video. He has shot for the DoD, US Army, US Air Force, and US State Department, both overseas and in the US. James has traveled to 37 US states and seven countries. When not on the beat, James and his wife go snowboarding, hiking, climbing, and are trying to learn to paint. He also serves as a Logistics Officer and Company Commander in the Montana Army National Guard.
