For most of us, sticking to a workout routine can be hard especially after the start of the new year.
But one C.M. Russell High School teacher is working to provide more fitness options for students and athletes through the help of One Class At A Time.
Teacher Lindsey Gustafson will purchase 24 penalty boxes with the grant money.
She said the penalty boxes provide a variety of workouts that help promote her goal of life-long wellness and developing a positive body image.
