The FAA is investigating an incident in Pennsylvania where state police used a helicopter to break up a group of rowdy tailgaters. Police say fans were ‘getting out of hand’ outside Penn State’s Beaver Stadium and refused to leave, so they sent a low-flying helicopter to interrupt their fun.
