Chance the Rapper says “The Big Day” is coming, so fans can get excited for the moment they’ve all been waiting for.
The rapper appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”Tuesday night and shared some very important information about his official debut album, his follow-up project to his 2016 mixtape “Coloring Book.”
Fans have been able to pre-order his album, but no one knew the release date or even the title.
“I wanted to talk about your album — your debut album,” Fallon said. “There’s a lot of secrecy.”
The rapper agreed he’s left a lot of mystery around his latest project. Chance shared the album cover art on Fallon’s show, but he decided to clear up more of the unknown if Fallon did one thing.
“I haven’t sold my projects before,” Chance said. “A lot of my projects were free. This is my debut album, so there’s a pre-order, and I told Jimmy to pre-order my album. And he was like, ‘If you say the release date on my show.'”
But then Chance added an extra condition to the deal — he would reveal the name of the album.
Well, those burning questions have been answered.
Album title: “The Big Day”
Release date: July 26
So if you want to be like Fallon, you can order the upcoming album on Chance’s site, as well as grab presale tickets for the World Tour.
