Move over, Avengers. Jessica Chastain has assembled her own dream team for her spy thriller, “355.”
Chastain has shared a first look at the all-female-led film, born from a concept she pitched to director Simon Kinberg while making the latest X-Men film.
“Principal photography for @355movie has officially commenced!” she wrote in her Instagram caption.
Kinberg helms the female ensemble action film, which stars Chastain, Penélope Cruz, Fan Bingbing, Lupita Nyong’o and Diane Kruger.
“We are the studio. Everyone owns the film, and now we’re making it,” Chastain says in the footage, which also shows the women training with firearms and in a boxing ring.
Theresa Rebeck penned the script for the movie, which is being distributed by Universal Pictures.
No premiere date has been set.
