Barbra Streisand gave the crowd at London’s Hyde Park a treat Sunday night, when she reunited with her “A Star Is Born” co-star Kris Kristofferson on stage.
The two opened the show together, singing “Lost Inside of You,” a number from their 1976 version of the movie.
Streisand introduced Kristofferson by telling the crowd to welcome to the stage, “one of my favorite leading men.”
“Here’s a song that we sang together in the movie, right? I love this song,” Streisand continued.
Then they sang “Evergreen.”
Streisand had hinted about a reunion with Kristofferson back in April on Instagram, when she posted a photo of herself with him, writing, “Stay tuned.”
The show was for a sold-out crowd of 65,000 — the biggest audience she’s performed for since a Central Park performance for 150,000 in 1968, according to Variety.
Kristofferson had performed a set earlier, but the crowd did not know for sure if he would appear with Streisand. Later in the show, Lionel Richie joined her on stage for a duet of “The Way We Were.”
Streisand went on to sing, “As If We Never Said Goodbye,” a version of “Any Place I Hang My Hat is Home” “Alfie,” “Second Hand Rose,” “Silent Night,” “What the World Needs Now” and closed the night with “The Man That Got Away.”
