Spray Tanning Provides a Summertime Glow in Minutes

Spray Tanning Provides a Summertime Glow in Minutes
Modified:

Warmer months in Montana give plenty of opportunities to show off your sun-kissed skin. If you’re not there yet, achieving a healthy glow is easy at Linda Michaels Salon & Day Spa. Linda Michaels’ Norvell-certified aesthetician, Alix, performs quality spray tans in as little as 30-minutes.

It is important to exfoliate your skin roughly 24 hours before arriving at your appointment. This allows for the tanning solution to better adhere to your skin, making the tan last longer. Be sure to wax or shave beforehand and pack a hair tie and loose clothing to change into after your session.

When you are first sprayed, there is a cosmetic bronzer that is instantly noticeable on your skin. Alix uses this as a guide to identify areas she might have missed or needs to touchup. The actual tan continues to develop on the skin after this temporary coloring is washed off.

To get the most out of your spray tan, Alix says it is important to moisturize your skin. A spray tan that is well taken care of can last five to seven days.
