Cloudy and cooler today with more sunshine tomorrow

Snow showers are breaking up and becoming more isolated.

After the rain and snow fell yesterday with late-night temperatures dipping below freezing, we are expecting some slushy and icy morning commutes.

This will be especially true for the higher elevation passes that will continue to see cooler temperatures throughout the day.

Highs today in the Plains are only getting up to the low 40s and upper 30s once again.

More sunshine is expected tomorrow with cooler temperatures sticking around.

Snow is right back in the forecast Friday night into Saturday.
