We are tracking a cold front that will bring some cooler temperatures today before sparking widespread showers and much cooler weather on Wednesday.
As the cold front makes its way down from Canada, cold air will fill-in behind it and we will see showers along the Hi-Line this afternoon.
Highs today will be in the low 60’s for areas of North and Central Montana and in the low 70’s for south Montana.
The cold front won’t cool off areas of southern Montana until later tonight.
Tomorrow we only top out in the low to mid 40’s across the state: a good 15-20 degrees below average.
Wednesday showers linger into Thursday afternoon.
Chances of snow showers are possible across higher elevations Thursday morning.
