(GREAT FALLS) Frieling’s Agricultural Equipment Company wanted a way to celebrate its customers.
“They have done a lot of business with us this year and we just wanted to show how much we appreciate it,” Duane Rahn, with Frieling’s, said.
So what better way to do so than to let them test drive some lawn mowers.
There’s a twist, though.
“We just wanted to see who was the best operator of the Walker mower,” Rahn said.
You guessed it. They had employees of some of their company customers weave their way in and out of an obstacle course.
“The cones are representing either sprinkler heads or flower beds, anything that you might hit in a customer’s yard,” Rahn said.
Winners not only won a trophy and some Frieling’s gear, but top prizes were $1,000-$2,000 off a mower.
“I think we are going to do it annual, we will keep track of who’s doing the best every year,” Rahn said.
