This week’s One Class At A Time recipient is North Star Junior/Senior High School Science Teacher Pam Renaker.
Renaker plans to use her $250 grant to purchase software that collects scientific data.
She says the device, called the Vernier Labquest Mini, works with a data collection application and allows students to further their science education by collecting and recording data in science labs and experiments.
Renaker would like to purchase six devices, but says the ability to purchase one or two for her classes is a great start.
